Job Description

1. Provide technical support to customers.

2. Provide software solution, product training, upgrades and troubleshooting issues.

3. Have patients to listen problems faced by customers.

4. Handle inbound calls/emails from customers.

5. Ensure the ticket solve within the time frame.

6. Able to work both independently as well as a team.

7. Ad-hoc task may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.

Requirements

1. At least SPM, Diploma in Information Technology, and Business Administration equivalents.

2. Able to write and speak in English, Malay & Mandarin

3. Basic computer knowledge is a must.

4. Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.

5. Possess own transport and willing to travel will be an added advantage.

6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided

Requirements

1. Candidate possess or currently pursuing a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business administration, Accounting or equivalents.

2. Able to write and speak in English, Malay & Mandarin

3. Basic computer knowledge is a must.

4. Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.

5. Applicants should be MALAYSIAN citizens.

6. Preferably 3-6 months internship program.
